Abstract:

"A review of the expected sensitivity of the LHC experiments to new

physics through tau lepton detection in the final state will be

presented. Emphasis to Higgs production will be given.

The strategies for the inclusion of tau leptons in the experiment

triggering schemes will also be shown."
