Prof.Nakahama received the 2nd Fumiko Yonezawa Memorial Prize of the Physical Society of Japan

Prof.Nakahama (KMI) received the 2nd Fumiko Yonezawa Memorial Prize of the Physical Society of Japan for "Study on New Phenomena beyond the Standard Model of Particle Physics." This prize is awarded to female researchers who play an active role in the field of physics.

She shows her pleasure with the following comments.

I am extremely honoured to receive the Fumiko Yonezawa Memorial Prize from the Physical Society of Japan. I really appreciate various support and collaborations from my colleagues at the Nagoya N-lab, KMI and more. I continue to be committed to the research in the energy frontier area for discovery of New Physics beyond the Standard Model of particle physics. In addition to further deeping studies in basic science, I am going to work on interdisciplinary research as well.
