Dr. Petar Rados has been appointed as a specially-appointed Assistant Professor at Kobayashi-Maskawa Institute (KMI) as of 16th January 2025. We have received comments from him and would like to introduce them here.
I have been studying τ lepton physics at the Belle II experiment.
This includes precision tests of lepton flavour universality and searches for dark matter in lepton flavour violating decays.
I have also worked on several aspects of physics performance including tracking, trigger and neutrals performance.
In the future I plan to continue my research in τ lepton physic at Belle II, and develop novel Machine Learning techniques for particle identification using the TOP detector.
