N-lab members reported their research results at RICH2025

Prof. Kodai Matsuoka, Ryotaro Komori, and Koichi Ueda reported their research results at the 12th International Workshop on Ring Imaging Cherenkov Detectors (RICH2025), held in Mainz, Germany on September 15th-19th, 2025.

RICH2025 was presented the "state of the art" in Cherenkov light imaging techniques for applications in high energy physics, nuclear physics, and astroparticle physics, as well as novel ideas and future developments. Prof. Matsuoka reported the cherenkov light imaging detectors in current particle and nuclear physics experiments, Komori reported the performance evaluation in different environments of the MCP-PMT for the TOP counter in the Belle II experiment, Ueda reported on the development of a gaseous photomultiplication based cherenkov detector targeting picosecond time resolution The presentation slide and posters can be found on the link below.
