Dr. Yusuke Takeuchi has been appointed as a designated assistant professor in the department of physics,graduate school of science,Nagoya University,as of January 1,2026. We have received comments from him and would like to introduce them here.
I have worked on the development of a muon accelerator for the J-PARC muon gー2/EDM experiment, the analysis of beam dynamics corrections for the muon gー2 experiment at Fermilab, and the design of a high-repetition-rate muon source utilizing an FEL facility.
At N Laboratory, I will focus on the development of a muon accelerator and beam monitors, and will pursue the potential of particle physics experiments and applications in other fields enabled by high quality muon beams.
