We will be holding a laboratory introduction at the Nagoya University Open Campus. On the day of the event, laboratory staff and students will provide accessible explanations of the KEKB accelerator / Belle experiment, which established the Kobayashi–Maskawa theory; the LHC accelerator / ATLAS experiment, which discovered the Higgs boson; and the J-PARC accelerator / muon \(g-2\)/EDM experiment, which tests the properties of the muon with extremely high precision. We will also offer guided tours of the computing room and experimental laboratories where our research is actually carried out.
